Return & Exchange Policy

At MANIFEST, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below before placing an order.

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Exchanges are available for size issues (subject to stock availability), defective items, or incorrect products received.
Returns and refunds are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Any claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. An unboxing video may be requested to verify the claim.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the value of the purchased item(s) will be refunded. Shipping charges for size exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.
Once your request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed.
